When tapestries are shipped, they typically have a 2-3 working days transit time. Once your Fiber Art is packed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking info. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery and depending on your country or state, additional customs fees or duty taxes may apply. Knot So Gray is not responsible for any additional fees or taxes. 

Due to the handmade and artisan nature of the work, all sales are final. Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions and shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase.
